Pamela Murray is an experienced Privacy and Security professional, she is Senior Manager of Privacy Governance at HubSpot and brings over 8 years experience leading Privacy and Security programs in both the Engineering and Legal functions. She is currently overseeing HubSpot's Office of the Data Protection Officer, which is committed to advancing the organization's governance practices and aligning their Program with NIST standards. This year, Pamela led HubSpot’s EU Cloud of Conduct certification, an instrument approved by EU regulators to demonstrate GDPR compliance in cloud technology. Previously, Pamela served as the Data Protection Officer at Intercom, guiding successful SOC2 and GDPR implementation initiatives. She holds many specialist certifications, including CISSP, CIPM, CISA, CIPP/EU, an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection from the Kings Inns, and most recently a Diploma in Advance Artificial Intelligence from UCD Professional Academy. Pamela’s work has focused on bridging practical translation of Law, technology and business outcomes to create responsible and scalable solutions.

Matej Zachar is the CIO & CISO at Kontent.ai, where he leads the IT and Security Team. He holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPM, CIPP/US, OpenFAIR, CCSK, SSCP, and ISO/IEC 27001 Senior Lead Implementer. In his role, Matej is responsible for both IT and Security strategy and program, governance, risk, and compliance at Kontent.ai.
