About our tickets:
- Virtual: Open to anyone who would like to experience RustConf 2025 without traveling to Seattle. Tickets will only be required to access the virtual event platform.
- Individual/Nonprofit/Academic Tickets: Intended for attendees who are not joining us as a representative of a for-profit employer/organization or for those who are currently enrolled as a student.
- Corporate Tickets: Intended for attendees representing their employer or for those whose ticket will be paid for by a for-profit company or government agency.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that plans often change, particularly during the current uncertainty around global travel. Because we want to ensure all Rustaceans interested in attending RustConf can claim a spot while passes remain, even if they are unsure about their ability to receive a visa or their future comfort with traveling to the United States, we have designed a policy that is as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and policy below:
Cancellations due to visa issues, changed travel requirements/restrictions, or travel issues of any kind:
- You can cancel and receive a refund up until Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Cancellations for all other reasons:
- Up to 10 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund including all processing fees.
- Between 7 and 9 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price, minus all processing fees.
- Less than 1 week before the event: Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your ticket. This is due to the many demands upon our funding and our duty to use this responsibly for the health of the Rust language ecosystem.
Refund Process You may request a refund under the parameters above by forwarding your confirmation email to rustconf@rustfoundation.org with "Refund request" in the top of the email.
If you have any questions, you can contact our support team at rustconf@rustfoundation.org using the email address you used to register. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
