Running Shorts

A night of short films about running.

Raising money to help children and young people in Nunhead and Peckham.

We'll be showing a range of short films featuring runners. There will be awesome tales of epic achievements on the trails, and funny stories from the streets and parks. You'll laugh, wince, and hopefully come away a little bit inspired.

And maybe a little tipsy - tickets include a welcome drink, plus plenty of popcorn. Food is available to order from nearby restaurants, and Batch will be creating some special themed cocktails for the night. They serve good beer too.

All money raised will go to provide local children and young people fun activities, a safe and supportive place to learn, and all the opportunities that allow them to make positive life choices.

Runhead's local youth club offers children and young people the Duke of Edinburgh Award, First Aid, Fire Safety and Food Safety training, and lots of fun activities like table tennis and trampolining. Every afternoon there's a homework club.

Westminster House is one of the oldest youth clubs in the country. Since 1888 the Club has always worked with some of the most deprived and disadvantaged young people in the country. It's a small charity that is making a big difference in Nunhead and Peckham.
