RubyKaigi 2026 Official Party

On the evening of the first day of RubyKaigi 2026, we will hold the Official Party! Join RubyKaigi speakers, Ruby committers, and Rubyists from around the world.

Registration is only open to RubyKaigi 2026 attendees. You are also required to have a conference ticket for RubyKaigi 2026 for entry, along with the party ticket. Please note: Exhibitor passes are not eligible for the Official Party.

Reception

Participants need to visit the conference reception desk for pre-checkin. Speakers and Committers are invited and can skip the pre-checkin.

We'll start the pre-checkin after the first session on Day 1.

Transportation from the Conference Venue

• RubyKaigi-provided options: Chartered buses and trams queue at the middle of the Arena and Hall building. Refer to bus and trams options at https://rubykaigi.org/2026/onsite/
  • On Day 1, these options are exclusive to party attendees. You need to complete pre-checking and receive a sticker, or to posses a Speaker/Committer lanyard.
• Taxi ramp: We have requested taxis to queue in the front of the Arena entrance. This option is non-complementary.
• Public transportations: As normal, public buses and trams are available.

RubyKaigi-provided buses and trams are first-come-first-served.

For Ruby Committers & Speakers

Ruby core team members and RubyKaigi 2026 speakers are welcome to attend without registration! Don't purchase this ticket, instead just bring your Speaker or Committer conference badge to the party.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be offered to participants who cancel. You can transfer your ticket to someone else at your own responsibility.
