RSUA Women in Architecture Reform and Reconnect
RSUA Women in Architecture invite you to an afternoon of wellness and connection at Belfast Boat Club on Saturday 30th May.
Olivia Laughlin, Architect at Samuel Stevenson and Sons, will lead three 30-minute Reformer Pilates taster sessions in the beautiful Moore Movement studios. Having practised Reformer Pilates since 2020 and completed her teacher training last year, Olivia is passionate about its core principles—breath, concentration, centering, control, precision and flow—and the positive impact it can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.
While you wait for your session, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy relaxed networking over coffee and snacks, or take a stroll along the Lagan Towpath (weather permitting).
Join us upstairs at Belfast Boat Club from 2pm. Public Parking is available off Lockview Road, beside the boat clubs and tennis courts.
These sessions are beginner-friendly, so no prior experience is required. If you have any questions for Olivia ahead of the event, feel free to get in touch.
This event is open to all, not only women or architects, so please feel free to share with friends and colleagues.
