RSUA General Meeting & 'My Architecture' Presentation by Peter Monaghan

General Meetings are an opportunity for members to find out more about the organisation’s activities, to ask questions, raise issues, propose initiatives and to meet (remotely for this one) other RSUA members.

The General Meeting on 2 October 2026 will take place online at 12.30pm via Microsoft Teams followed by the next in the series of 'My Architecture' presentations which is likely to start between 1.15pm and 1.30pm. The talk will be delivered by Peter Monaghan.

Peter is the BIM Change Manager at Southern Regional College (SRC), where he leads the implementation of digital construction processes across the college’s award-winning capital projects, as well as its ongoing programme of minor works and facilities management. Since becoming an Innovation Technology Specialist with SRC in 2016, he developed and now provides training on a range of Level 4 and Level 5 BIM collaboration qualifications. Peter has served on RSUA Council and chaired RSUA’s former Sustainability Committee and former BIM Task Group. In 2025 Peter established the RSUA Digital Design and Innovation Committee to promote and support the use of innovative technologies and digital best practice among RSUA members.
