Warm up 7:45am Meet starts 8:30am
Day of deck entries accepted until 7:45am
MEET LOCATION
Castle Rock Recreation Center. The pool is a six-lane 25-yard competition pool, with one continuous warm up lane. Colorado Timing Systems touch pads and scoreboard will be used.
SEEDING
Age Group Swimmers will be seeded according to entry time and gender Age groups apply (under 18, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34....)
EVENTS
Race up to five events with one entry. The following events are the order of the meet and are for both Men and Women:
100 Ind. Medley
200 Freestyle
100 Breaststroke
50 Backstroke
500 Freestyle
100 Freestyle
200 Ind. Medley
50 Freestyle
100 Butterfly
100 Backstroke
50 Breaststroke
50 Butterfly
1000 Freestyle

The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.
