Guests are welcome to purchase tickets for Day 1, Day 2, or both (each day requires a separate ticket).

Q&A

How many tickets can I purchase? In each transaction it is possible to purchase up to 8 separate tickets. Make sure to assign each ticket by name (see next question).

What do I need to do after purchasing? Please pay attention, you need to fill in your personal details and preferences (a.k.a. "assign"). A ticket with incomplete details will not be usable.

Can I pass my ticket to someone else? Yes, tickets are transferable (unless otherwise noted), up until the day before the event. To transfer (re-assign) a ticket, look for the Re-assign button on your online ticket link, sent to you by email after purchase.

Can employers buy tickets in bulk? Yes, there are two options:

• Buy online: up to 8 tickets per transaction (see above).
• Pay by invoice: for 9 to 40 tickets per day, fill out this form. We'll follow up by email to sort out the remaining details, and wrap things up with your signature. Tickets are reserved only once you've signed, so if they sell out before then, unfortunately we won't be able to hold them for you. Bulk tickets cost the same as tickets bought online. Once your tickets are reserved, you'll be asked to assign each one to an employee.

Unassigned tickets can't be used, so please make sure to assign them all.

צריך למלא את הפרטים האישיים מיד אחרי שלב התשלום. כרטיס ללא פרטים מלאים לא יהיה ניתן לשימוש

האם ניתן להעביר את הכרטיס למישהו אחר?‏

כן. מיד לאחר רכישת הכרטיס ניתן לערוך את הפרטים. גם מאוחר יותר - במייל שנשלח לאחר הרכישה יש קישור לעריכת הכרטיס, ושם אפשר גם להעביר אותו למישהו אחר, עד יום לפני האירוע

האם מעסיקים יכולים לקנות מספר גדול יותר של כרטיסים בשביל עובדי החברה?‏

כן, יש שתי אפשרויות

רכישה אונליין של עד 8 כרטיסים בעסקה אחת

לרכישה של יותר מ-8 ועד 40 כרטיסים ליום (למשל עבור עובדי החברה), בתשלום מול חשבונית - יש למלא את הטופס הזה. ניצור איתכם קשר במייל להשלמת כמה פרטים ולחתימה. הכרטיסים משוריינים רק לאחר החתימה - אם הם אוזלים לפני כן, לצערנו לא נוכל לשריין אותם

מחיר הרכישה בהיקף גדול זהה למחיר הרכישה הרגילה. לאחר השריון תתבקשו לשייך את הכרטיסים לעובדים - כרטיס שנרכש ולא שויך אינו ניתן לשימוש, אז אל תשכחו לשייך אותם
