Repair Cafe March 2025
Repair Cafe is a community project that helps people get things fixed rather than throwing them away
Repair Cafe Gosport will be running this event alongside the Gosport Borough Council Community Safety Day which is in the town hall at the same time.
Bookings is not mandatory but helps ensure the best experience, if you have any problems please send an email: mail@repaircafegosport.co.uk
Please note, we can not guarentee which volunteers are present at an event. Therefore the time shown are for guidance, there may be a wait at busy times. The 1st timeslot (11:00) is normally busiest, where as the later timeslots will typcially have much shorter waits.
The bookings are made available in batches, one batch one month before and a second batch two weeks before.

For more information about coming to a Repair Cafe event please look at our website: https://repaircafegosport.co.uk/
The event will be held at Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, PO12 1EB. Please note we will use the reception entrance on Thorngate Way, not the entrance opposite the Library. The following can help you get there:
Please check in at reception when you arrive and then enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake while waiting to be seen. The ethos of the Repair Cafe is that you work with the volunteer repairer to understand the fault and try to fix it together, we are not a drop-off service.
We are non-profit and run entirely by volunteers. Whilst the event is free to you, it costs us around £170 to host each event. So please consider leaving a donation on your visit (suggested £10) so we can continue our work. There will be change buckets and a card machine available.
Whilst we can't guarantee to repair the item, we can at least try to diagnose the problem. Providing information in advance such as a description to the fault or pictures, will help make your visit fruitful.
