It's time for pho.
Our chef spent yesterday charring onions and ginger to start the stock for Wednesday’s pho. There will be star anise, cinnamon sticks, and fish sauce, along with the broth made from slow simmering beef bones.
And then all the fixings for pho.
And a crunchy Thai vegetable salad with peanut dressing.
This combination is available only at The Hardware Store on Wednesday, April 24th.
To pick up soup and salad, you must pay here to reserve your spot. We only make 25 orders per week.
On Wednesday evening, come to the host station at the front of the restaurant, between 4:30 and 6:30. We'll be there to hand you a delicious dinner, ready to eat when you drive home.
