

Let's Make Moroccan Food Together
Would you like to learn how to cook Moroccan dishes, with the flavors of saffron, mint, olives oranges, and lemons? Chef and cooking teacher David Hatfield would love to show you how. Together, you will make almond-herbed couscous, chicken b'stilla, lamb tagine, and orange date salad. You will also have the chance to make preserved lemons or a ras el hanout spice mix to take home.
