Locker Rentals 26-27

  1. Find your locker number in the list. Then, press the “+” button.
  2. Lockers are $25 for one academic year (Sep - Apr) by default. Please enter a discount code if applicable. If you are a Regent student, use “student_SEMESTER” to rent for one term (Fall/ Winter/ Summer), “student_SEP-APR” to rent for the whole academic year (2026 Sep - 2027 Apr), or "student_SEP-AUG" to rent for the whole calendar year (2026 Sep - 2027 Aug). If you are NOT a Regent student, use "SEMESTER" to rent for one term (Fall/ Winter/ Summer).
  3. Press “Continue.” Follow the Directions and Pay for your locker.
  4. Bring your own lock for use.

Terms and Conditions for Locker Rental use:

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. All current, fee-paying students of Regent College, Regent staff, faculty, alumni, or community members known by the above are eligible to rent a locker while classes are in session.

APPROPRIATE USE & SECURITY:

  1. This locker must remain locked at all times. Any belongings found in an unlocked or unsecured locker may be subject to removal and stored by the RCSA for a limited period of time.
  2. Items with a strong odor, that may leak, or that may attract pests may not be stored in a locker.
  3. Illegal items, or items which violate Regent's Student Code of Conduct, may not be stored in a locker.

RIGHT TO EVICT:

  1. Failure to abide by these conditions gives the RCSA the right to reclaim the locker (without refund), up to and including cutting the lock, removing any possessions found inside, and revoking rental privileges.
  2. Belongings remaining in a locker beyond the term for which it has been reserved may be subject to removal.

PROVISIONS:

  1. If any of the above conditions cannot be fulfilled over the course of the rental period, RCSA may make reasonable accommodations if the renter maintains open communication with the RCSA.
