An Evening with Nelson Vails

Join us at Rapha Seattle on Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30 pm as we celebrate Nelson Vails and his story with none other than Nelson Vails himself.
The Harlem native, Nelson "The Cheetah" Vails will join us for the evening to share stories around his memorable career of going from bike messenger to Olympian. Vails was the first African-American cyclist to win an Olympic medal and was inducted to the US Bicycle Hall of Fame in 2009.
Yoga & Mobility with Kirsten McCormick

Join Rapha Seattle on Monday, June 24th at 7 p.m. for a Yoga & Mobility Class with Kirsten McCormick. The class will move through traditional yoga postures while incorporating functional mobility work (FRC & Kinstretch) to maximize wellness and improve performance. This class is built for all-levels, whether you’re a limber yogi or have neglected stretching for years.
Kirsten is a Seattle-Based personal trainer, FRC Mobility Specialist, Yoga Teacher and Nutrition Coach devoted to providing educational experiences that empower others to elevate their approach to performance and wellness.
