  • 12th April – 10th May Join Daisy Hughes & Jess Reed for this five-week strength and power program for peak performance, providing a solid foundation for what will likely be a busy summer of riding. Each session will start out with a clear introduction, followed by a 35min practical session, with some time for questions at the end. Riders also can submit their questions in advance. Taking place on Zoom due to covid-19 restrictions; Mondays 6.30pm.

    Hosted by ex-pro and Olympic champion Pete Kennaugh, this two-week series teaches you all you need to know about training for mountains and all day riding. Taking place on Zoom, this series helps you strategically train for all day rides and mountains.

    Session One will focus on the psychology of climbing with Dr David Spindler, an incredible psychologist who has worked with numerous professional cyclists including Pete. Session Two will focus on longer distance racing and training with special guest, Dr Marc Fell. They will discuss the importance of fuelling for endurance riding and longer distances and debate some hot topics such as the use of ketones.
