UNLOCKED: Cycling and Mental Health

Join EF Education–EasyPost's Owain Doull, The New Normal Charity's Benjamin May and mental health advocate Duke Agyapong for an honest discussion about mental health, toxic masculinity and the fear of opening up and the world of cycling and racing, from amateur grassroots racing to the global spotlight of the Olympics and WorldTour.

Each speaker will share their unique story of how they came to understand the importance of speaking about their mental health, and how their lives have changed as a result. They'll also discuss how cycling has intersected and affected their mental health over time, from the personal fulfilment and social benefits to the pressures and expectations prevalent specifically in racing and high performance environments.
