Fancy a speedy start to Thursday? Join our early morning fast ride in Regents Park. This structured, fun, safe, and fast group ride will give you the chance to improve your group riding skills at a high pace of around 35kph avg. As you develop you will be able to push yourself further each week. No worries if you run out of gas, drop off back and join the group on the next lap. Whether you are thinking of giving racing a go at some point or you just enjoy the thrill of riding fast we recommend you join us for this heart pumping morning laps session.

06:30am - Meet at York Gate on the Inner Circle of Regents Park
06:40am - Rollout onto the outer circle and ride for 1 hour
07:40am - Leave Regents Park and head towards the Soho Clubhouse for a coffee
Please not this is not specific race training nor an individual show of strength and you will be expected to stay at the pace of the rest of the group. This ride does requires a good level of group riding ability and fitness.
