Rapha 101+ Beginner Laps

Rapha 101+ is on a short break until the autumn block begins with a new structure. Please keep an eye on @rapha_london for details of the new series.

Rapha 101+ is a welcoming start line for anyone who is new to cycling or new to group riding.

Join us on Monday mornings at Regent’s Park for a weekly beginners ride, aimed at building confidence at group riding, helping you meet like-minded riders and providing a stepping stone to other Rapha rides.

If you’re relatively new to cycling or are unsure about joining another Rapha ride due to concerns about speed or experience, make Rapha 101+ your first port of call. The pace will be a steady average of 20kmph/12.4mph, and will take place on the quiet Inner Circle of Regent’s Park.

Each session will begin with a quick introduction to group riding and road riding skills, followed by a Q&A where there are no wrong questions, before setting off around the Inner Circle for 35-45 minutes of steady riding.

We especially welcome riders from underrepresented groups in cycling, and seek to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all to build confidence on the bike. This is the ideal ride to hone your group riding skills and chat away at a social pace before enjoying a post-ride coffee at the Clubhouse.

Schedule

7am - Meet at the Inner Circle gates, Regents Park (location here)

7.10am - Introduction briefing starts

7.15am - Ride departs

8am - Ride heads to Rapha London for post-ride coffee and chats (10-15 minute ride from Regent’s Park to Rapha Soho).
