Getting Started in Road Cycling
An evening for those just starting out on the road, celebrating the launch of our beginner's handbook, 'Getting Started in Road Cycling' by Guy Andrews with illustrations by Laura Quick.
Here we'll have an experienced panel of Alicia Bamford, Women's Category leader at Rapha, Louis Van Kleef, experienced mechanic and RCC Ops Assistant and Laura Quick herself, hosted by author Guy Andrew. They'll sharing their stories and guiding you through the essentials of cycling, from what to eat and what to wear on a ride to how to keep your bike roadworthy.

Rapha Clubhouses are inspiring meeting places for road cyclists and fans of the sport. Inside you’ll find a retail space stocked with the latest Rapha products, a café serving fine coffee and food, as well as an extensive programme of live racing, rides and events. They're also the home of the Rapha Cycling Club's local chapter, RCCLDN.
