Black Champions in Cycling Launch

Desire Discrimination Determination – Black Champions in Cycling will be the first book of its kind, providing a collation of international and historical stories of the black athlete experience in the world of competitive cycling.

Join us at Rapha London to launch the book with an evening with special guests Dr Marlon Moncrieffe, Maurice Burton, Charlotte-Cole Hossain, Wayne Llewellyn, Tre Whyte, David Clarke, Mark McKay and Charlie Reynolds. All remarkable names in the sport, coming together for a panel talk led by Marlon about their experiences, challenges and triumphs in cycling.

Copies of the book will be on sale in store on the night.

Please be aware that if Covid restrictions change we may need to limit or reduce the capacity of this event.
