The Rough Stuff Fellowship Event With Max Leonard - 31st October - Brewer St

The Rough-Stuff Fellowship was established in a pub near the Welsh/English border in 1955 making it the oldest off-road cycling club in the world.

The Club welcomed men and women, young an old with their adventures across the world documented by many talented photographers.

The photos are full of the joy of riding your bike, evocative of a bygone style – of a time when you might set off on a club ride wearing a shirt and tie, a deerstalker or a bobble hat where no ride was complete without a stop to brew up some tea and smoke a pipe.

The stunningly curated book recently complied by Max Leonard from Isola Press has given these photographs centre stage. Max will be sharing his favourite images from the archive and explaining a little more about the Fellowship. There will be time for questions afterwards, along with copies of the book available on the night

We are offering a free beer on arrival when you show your event ticket.
