Rapha Presents: For The Culture

Rapha presents a Black History Month event; the first ‘For The Culture’ panel talk that will bring together speakers from elite sport, brands, governing bodies and more to elevate the conversation of diversity and inclusion in cycling and what the future of the sport could look like.

The Panel

Kadeena Cox: Tokyo 2020 Paralympic champion, World Record holder and KC Academy founder.

Kye Whyte: Tokyo 2020 Olympic silver medallist, Elite BMX racer.

Tre Whyte: Former Elite BMX racer, coach at the British Cycling City Academies supported by Rapha Foundation.

Jools Walker: Cyclist, TV presenter and author who speaks out for women of colour in cycling.

Lloyd Grose: British Cycling consultant, coach and member of the British Cycling External Advisory Board responsible for overseeing the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

Michael Pusey: DJ, youth worker, founder and coach of the illustrious Peckham BMX club.

Tokunbo Ajasa-Oluwa: Founder of the Black Unity Bike Ride, London's biggest minority sportive.

Simon Mottram: Founder and CEO of Rapha and founder of the Rapha Foundation.

Justin Williams: Pioneering founder and rider in the first black-owned UCI Continental team, L39ION of Los Angeles.
