Chat Laps – Beginners

Keep the week going strong with chat laps of Regent's Park every Tuesday morning at 7am. You will be joined by a Clubhouse ride leader, ride for about 45 minutes before finishing at Rapha Soho for coffee and breakfast at 8am. This ride is a fantastic opportunity for women and men to learn group riding skills and meet new riders, as the ride will be social, the group will be guided and the pace is adapted to suit the group.

The average pace will aim for 24kph.

Meet: Regents Park, Inner Circle; York Gate at 7am.

Winter weather: Extreme weather conditions can make a difference to your riding, affecting your ability to see, handle your bike and ride in a group safely. For this reason, if a ride leader deems conditions to be hazardous, the ride may be canceled, or amended at late notice. This will be communicated on the APP to RCC members and via email to riders who have signed up. While we will endeavour to give advance warning, this can not always be guaranteed. Extreme weather conditions could be amber warnings, torrential rain, or temperatures below 5 degrees in London (i.e. 1 degree in the route destination).
