Rapha 101+ is back again!

As cycling keeps growing, Rapha Hong Kong would love to help more people to learn basic group riding and handling skills. These coaching sessions are an open-minded platform and aim to give people who are less represented in cycling the experience they need to feel confident and excited on the bike. The Rapha 101+ is our answer for those who are new to group riding or those who want to improve their skills and knowledges from a handling to basic DIY mechanics.

Meet at the Exit B, Kennedy Town MTR Station at 8.30am, our first coaching session will take place at the Kennedy Town Waterfront Park. Instructed by our RCC ride leader & certified fitness and triathlon coach, Clayton Law, the session will focus on practical core riding skills and techniques to handle daily cycling, coupled with practices on road with light traffic.

Expect a challenging but fun session with fellow cyclists. No matter you are an experienced rider or newbie, these sessions will bring you new perspectives of cycling and insights to improve. It's a space where no questions are wrong questions.
