Yoga For Cyclists with Yogalab - A series of three sessions

Any serious cyclist understands that muscle strengthening and relaxation are just as important as training long hours on the road. Join us at Rapha Hong Kong for a series of three sessions of Yoga For Cyclists instructed by Sarah Sung, an accomplished teacher with 200 hours yoga teacher training in India, beginning her teaching journey in Central America in 2015.

The sessions are:

1) Yin Yoga / Deep Muscle Stretch | 25th Jun | 7:30pm - Variations of seated and spine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

2) Strengthening and Endurance | 2nd Jul | 7:30pm - Through deep, fluid breathing with simple sequence the session will help cyclists achieve better power, speed and endurance.

3) Core Yoga | 9th Jul | 7:30pm - Exploring different poses through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose.

Each session will be an hour long and start sharply on time. Participants will need to bring their own mat and pay at the end of each session. Fees are HKD80 for RCC Members, and HKD150 for non-RCC Members.

For a complete yoga experience, you are encouraged to join all three sessions but do feel free to join any one you're interested in.
