Yoga for Athletic Balance | 7.15pm, Every Tuesday
Rapha Hong Kong Pop-Up has teamed up with Nadine Bubner, an avid triathlete and registered Yoga instructor to offer the local community, a series of Yoga for Athletic Balance sessions every Tuesday, starting from 6 February.
Yoga for Athletic Balance is not athletic yoga; instead, it will complement the work you do in training. We take things slow, our priority focused on Balance: the balance of the body in space; balance within the body, front to back, top to bottom, left to right; and balance between work and rest.
You don’t need to be a cyclist to attend; these classes are about bringing people together to help improve health and wellbeing.
There will be an enrollment fee of HK$150 (non-RCC member) / HK$80 (RCC member) for each session. Payment will be collected at the end of each session.

Please bring your own mat. We do have a few spares but please check in advance.
