RCC Brutal New Year Ride
Might be a bit spontaneous, might be a bit crazy, but why not start the year with a proper, I mean brutal, RCC ride. We end the year in style, but why don't we start the new year in style as well?! Some dive into the ocean with the "nieuwjaarsduik", let's create our own tradition and have our own adventurous 200+km RCC New Years Ride. Let's kick Strava's ass with a few hundred k within the first week of the new year.
Yes it might be cold, but with the right kit and a few stops along the way we are sure it will be a nice adventure to share with your fellow RCC members.
The ride is unsupported, will start and finish at the Rapha Clubhouse in Amsterdam. Along the route we will discover the beautiful hilly roads around Arnhem. Local hero Erwin Sikkens will show us around. It will be mainly asphalt, but we will hit some (perfectly doable) gravel parts as well.
It will be a proper challenge, but that's what this new year's ride is all about!
Meet-up: 07.30am, Roll out 08.00am.
Rapha Clubhouse, Wolvenstraat 10, Amsterdam.
Level: Advanced.
Distance: 200+km.
RCC Exclusive, but you can take a +1 if you like.
