Known by many names the world over, in The Netherlands we call it a VrijMiBo: a Dutch abbreviation for Friday Afternoon Drinks. But not before we stretch our legs first on a little spin, a brief 50 kilometer loop around Amsterdam. Afterwards the beers will feel so much more deserved.
