Herman Miller Design Ride: A Boulder Look at Design
Rapha’s first Herman Miller Design Ride kicks off where the Flatirons meet modern design: Boulder, Colorado.
Saturday, May 20th – 2pm
Join us as we ride through the Front Range of the Rockies. Begin with a leisurely tour of downtown’s charming Front End district and then proceed to an array of local architecture, including a unique shipping-container home at the foot of Flagstaff Mountain. Next, catch a view of the exquisite craftsmanship of a cabin by Timmerhus on a dirt-climb up Poorman Road. From there, it’s all downhill into Sunshine Canyon, where you’ll find homes designed by Boulder’s resident organic modernist Charles Haertling, before heading back to the Rapha Clubhouse. The ride should last around two hours. Come prepared with a puncture repair kit, a snack, and helmet. Pedals with foot retention are not required.
Upon signing up to this event, your email address will be added to the Rapha mailing list.
