2019 Winter Training Series
The Winter Training Series is designed to help you log winter base miles through long endurance rides held each Sunday at Rapha Boulder January through March (with the exception of January 6, 20 and February 10). The mileage will build from 80 to 100 miles across the cold winter months. While the rides are advanced in length, they will average an intermediate but steady pace of 17-20mph. There will be several regroup spots along each route, but the rides will be "drop" rides. It is crucial that all riders know the route and are able to take care of themselves in the event of a mechanical or inability to maintain the group's pace.
