Yoga for Cyclists - Nine Lesson Block

Join us for a block of yoga classes designed to increase flexibility and reduce the chance of injury while riding.

Wendy is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with many years of experience and she will be leading the class. Wendy visited us in November to offer a taster session and she is returning to offer a block of nine classes to enable you to experience the benefits of regular yoga.

Wendy has prepared structured classes to introduce you to yoga for cycling, no prior experience is necessary. We'll be targeting the parts of the body impacted by cycling ie. hamstrings, shoulders, lower back, etc.

The sessions will take place on a Friday evening; 6-7pm. A perfect way to loosen any tight muscles before a weekend ride.

Course Dates; 25th January // 1st February // 8th February // 15th February // 1st March // 8th March // 15th March // 22nd March // 29th March (No Class on 22nd Feb)

The total cost for these 9 sessions will be £63, payable in advance via bank transfer.

Please note, a minimum number of six students will be required to run the course.
