Yoga for Cyclists - Taster Session

Join us for one hour of stretches designed to increase flexibility and reduce the chance of injury while riding. Wendy Teasdill is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with many years of experience. Wendy has prepared a structured session to introduce you to the benefits of yoga for cycling, no prior yoga experience is necessary. We'll be targeting the parts of the body impacted by serious cycling ie. hamstrings, shoulders, lower back, etc.

The cost for this one-hour session will be £4 per person, please bring cash with you on the day.

If you have one, please bring a yoga mat with you - although Wendy can provide them if required. We have fitting rooms allowing you to change before and after too.

Please park in either the upper or lower car parks (not in front of the store it will be closed at 6pm).
