Rapha Women's 100 - Archive Store

The Rapha Women’s 100 is a celebration of cycling community and collective spirit among riders across the globe. Since its inception, the Women’s 100 has inspired cyclists across the world to come together and ride 100km on the same day. Read Rapha's feature here; http://pages.rapha.cc/womens100

Our Women’s 100 ride is a flat ride over to the coast. We'll leave from the Archive Store and head west to Wells and then onto the Somerset Levels, from here we'll ride north to Brean Down and a coffee stop on the coast. After stopping for coffee we'll return to Wells on quiet roads and then finish with a gradual climb back into Shepton Mallet. Although we will be stopping for refreshments please bring appropriate nutrition and tools for the ride.

Distance: Planned route of approximately 100km and roughly 600m of climbing. Speed: Approx 20 - 24km/h Route: All routes use quiet A and B roads, however there may be occasions where the group rides on busier roads Who: This ride is primarily aimed at Women who would like to ride 100km. Previous experience and some knowledge of riding etiquette would be advantageous. All riders must wear a helmet Timings: Coffee will be available from the store from 9am, the ride will begin at 9:30am
