Sports Nutrition Talk with Carola Becker

Carola Becker is a Nutrition Coach and Advanced Sports Nutrition Advisor.

She will join us on 7th March for a talk about sports nutrition and how eating the right foods can make a difference to your performance. Arrive from 7pm for a 7:30pm start - 67baristabarber will have refreshments available.

Her work is based on the latest nutrition science, tried and tested, no guesswork required. She is a firm believer that Nutrition needs to be personalised to support the individual, especially when it comes to athletes. She works regularly with athletes, adjusting their diets to help them increase their performance. Last year she helped an aspiring triathlete in Guernsey win his first competition after years of being in the top 5!

The optimum nutrition is crucial for a healthy body and only a healthy body can deliver peak performance, not only on race day but during training and rest, too.
