Core and Strength for Cyclists

Join Rhian for Core and Strength classes designed to strengthen your whole body and reduce the chance of injury whilst riding.
Rhian is a qualified Personal Trainer with qualifications in Circuits Training, Kettlebells and Personal Training; More info can be found on her Facebook page Rhian Greaves PT. She is an avid cyclist with many years of experience cycling and she will be leading the classes.
No prior experience is necessary. We'll be targeting the parts of the body affected by cycling ie. glutes, shoulders, lower back and core. A perfect way to strengthen any tight muscles before a weekend ride.

There is free parking near BAU and you're welcome to use the bathroom to get changed once you arrive. Please note, a minimum number of ten people will be required to run the session and you need to bring trainers. We will email attendees the payment details once we have the required number of people.
