Shorts Programme: Homecomings (Sheffield)
Homecomings explores the transformative power of queerness, transness, migration, and ancestral connections in redefining home. Each story delves into the personal and collective struggles to feel whole, embracing both its griefs and joys. You are invited to reflect on the roots that ground us, the people who nurture us, the places we carry within us forever - and celebrate queerness as a superpower for homecoming.
This event is followed by a facilitated workshop by Kellan.
Curatorial idea by David Bakum and Leah Lapautre, as part of Up Next: Future Film Curators Lab 2024/25
