מדיניות ביטול עסקה לאחר רכישת כרטיסים הינה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תשע”א-2010. ביטול עסקה ניתן לבצע באמצעות הודעה לצוות הכנס במייל, בתוך 14 ימים ממועד ביצוע העסקה, ובתנאי שהביטול ייעשה עד לא יאוחר מ– 7 ימים, שאינם ימי מנוחה, לפני מועד האירוע.
עפ"י תקנות ביטול עסקה, הצרכן יהיה זכאי להחזר כספי בהתאם למחיר ששולם בפועל, בניכוי דמי ביטול בסך של 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ש"ח הנמוך מביניהם. לא ניתן לבטל עסקה לרכישת כרטיסים 7 ימי עסקים או פחות, טרם האירוע, ולא ניתן לבטל אם עברו שבועיים ממועד הרכישה.

The refund policy after purchasing tickets follows the Consumer Protection Law of 2010. A refund will be given after requesting one from the PyCon IL organizing group by email within 14 days from the date of purchase, on the condition that the request takes place is no less than 7 business days before the event.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer is entitled to a full refund of the amount that was actually paid minus a 5% deduction. A refund will not be provided within 7 business days of the event or 14 days from the date of purchase.
