Important notes prior to registering as a participant:

• Although the event runs over the Monday as well, it's not absolutely essential to attend during the day (that said we'd strongly encourage you to do so). However you will need to attend the team presentations on Monday evening from 6pm at Creative Exchange.
• Projects must fit within the theme of 'Digital Participation'
• Tickets include meals and 24 hour access to the main venue
• Participants should bring their own laptop & charger
• Napping is permitted but participants should arrange accommodation to sleep and shower
• "5pm for 6pm start" means that doors open for registration at 5pm and the event commences at 6pm
• The event may finish up to 20 minutes either side of the 9pm closing time
• Weekday daytime elements of the event are optional, but you must attend the final presentations
• Participants are invited to join the organisers for drinks after the event
