Contributing to Apache Airflow - Remote workshop by Polidea (Oct 22)

After the great success of the previous editions conducted during Airflow Summit, Polidea’s two PMC members and Apache Airflow’s committers: Jarek Potiuk and Tomek Urbaszek will lead the workshop centered around contributing to Apache Airflow.

This workshop will be on October 22nd, 2020 from 5 to 8 pm CEST.

During this event, you will learn how you can become a contributor to the Apache Airflow project.

This covers setting up a development environmentpicking your first issuecommunicating effectively within the community, and making your first PR. The experienced committers of the Apache Airflow project will give you step-by-step instructions and will guide you through the process.

After the workshop, you will be equipped with everything that is needed to make further contributions to the Apache Airflow project.

What you should know: The session is geared towards Mac and Linux users, but Windows users are more than welcome. You need to have Python experience.
