Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your registration as follows:

Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event are refunded in full minus a €100 ex VAT administration fee per ticket; those received 15–30 days out receive a 50 % refund less the same fee, and no refunds are issued thereafter. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event.

Catering:

Refreshments included in your conference registration are lunches and morning and afternoon breaks. If you have any dietary restrictions, please state them on the registration form.
