QCSN Event: Harnessing customer feedback for better service delivery
The QCSN team is delighted to invite you to register for our next event. The theme for this meeting is harnessing customer feedback for better service delivery. We will welcome three speakers to discuss the opportunities presented by feedback, including complaints. We will also hear a preview of feedback from business customers gathered from the recent Civil Service Business Customer Survey.
Attendees will learn how to develop comprehensive processes to obtain feedback, and importantly how we can action feedback to create impact for our customers and organisations.
