QCSN event: Building trust with our customers

We are delighted to invite you to register for the Autumn QCSN event with the theme 'building trust with our customers'.

We will welcome two speakers to discuss trust levels in relation to public services in Ireland, the importance of building trust with our customers, and some practical insights into how to develop trust in our services. 

Firstly, we will be joined by Santiago Gonzalez from the OECD who will present results of the recent OECD trust survey, including Ireland’s performance in comparison to international context and implications for service design and delivery in Ireland. Secondly,  we will hear fascinating insights from Dr Mary Walker, An Garda Síochána, who will speak about the organisation's long standing Public Attitudes Survey of which trust is an important component, and how An Garda Síochána has been using this survey to build trust and create better services.
