Innovation Network Event - Discover how Intelligent Automation and AI tools are transforming Public Services

Deloitte, in collaboration with the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform (DPENDR) and the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) are pleased to invite you to an event to explore the impact of Intelligent automation in the public sector.

In this session, tune in to hear how the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has successfully integrated intelligent automation to enhance their services. Learn how they've increased their operational efficiency through automating steps within their complaints process from initial contact through to resolution. The automation can complete around 4000 hours of processing annually, releasing their people to higher value adding work.
