Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by October 13, 2017 in order to receive a refund less a processing fee of $25. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 13, 2017. International attendees who cannot attend because they were denied entry to the United States or were denied a visa can get their ticket prices fully refunded without a processing fee.
