OpsConf 2017 Retreat
For the 2017 OpsConf Retreat, we will facilitate an invitation only retreat in Breckenridge, Colorado.
The OpsConf Retreat will bring together organizations of similar size, with similar values, and similar challenges to collaborate, share experiences, and learn from one another.
To help make the most of our time together, we will have gifted facilitators joining us from the Improv Effect. We will stay in gorgeous homes at the base of the Colorado Rockies in the scenic downtown Breckenridge, with time to both explore the town and interesting topics of discussion.

Wednesday: Arrive early (optional). Unpack, get over jetlag, and enjoy the mountain.
Thursday: Social during the day and time to explore the town (ski, snowboard, take the gondola to the peak, try the alpine slide or "mountain luge", or just check out the town). The OpsConf retreat kicks off with our private welcome dinner in the town of Breckenridge, walking distance from our rental homes.
Friday: Our first facilitated sessions will be at the main house, providing a chance to do more formal introductions for new members. We will also facilitate OopsConf (highlighting each of our biggest mistakes from 2016). Weather permitting, we'll be doing some of this outdoors! We'll conclude the day with a private event in town.
Saturday Unconference all day, with dedicated time to explore specific topics, including company specific best practices that we want to share. Conclude with a private dinner in town.
Sunday Pack up and head home, loaded with new ideas and new connections.
Your RSVP covers the hotel costs, lunch, dinner, and drinks, but does not cover additional meals, airfare, or additional activities that you'd like to do on the mountain (ski lessons, etc)
