Ops-Conf 2020
For the 2020 Ops-Conf Retreat, we will facilitate an invitation only retreat in Lake Tahoe.
The Ops-Conf Retreat will bring together organizations of similar size, with similar values, and similar challenges to collaborate, share experiences, and learn from one another.
To help make the most of our time together, we will have gifted facilitators joining us from the Improv Effect. We will stay in a gorgeous private house, with time to both explore the surrounding area and nearby mountains.

Wednesday: Arrive, Unpack, get over jetlag, and enjoy the views of the lake and mountains.
Thursday: Go for a distance hike through the mountains (Walkshop!) Come back, and cook together in the massive kitchen.
Friday: Our first facilitated sessions will provide a chance to do more formal introductions for new members. We will also facilitate "OopsConf" (highlighting each of our biggest mistakes from the past year). Again, take advantage of the remarkable kitchen space to make meals and break bread together.
Saturday Unconference all day, with dedicated time to explore specific topics, including company specific best practices that we want to share. Conclude with a private dinner in town.
Sunday Pack up and head home, loaded with new ideas and new connections.
Your RSVP covers the house costs, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, but does not cover transportation (flights, car rentals, etc)
