Lorraine & Bennett Hammond — Livestream

Friday, January 14 at 7:30 pm EDT

Lorraine Lee Hammond grew up in rural New England when ballads and barn dances were part of community life.  Her many credits as a traditional singer, songwriter, teacher, and multi-instrumentalist. Bennett Hammond is a superb finger-style guitarist and recent convert to the five string banjo. He names “the three Bs,” Bach, the blues and Buddy Holly, as major influences.

Together, The Hammonds are versatile musicians, engaging entertainers, and fun teachers. Their warm stage presence is punctuated with wry humor, and their command of their instruments and musical genres is without flaw. Their repertoire ranges in style from classical through Celtic, blues and contemporary.

The concert will be streamed on the Old Songs YouTube Channel.  A link to the concert and a reminder will be emailed to registered attendees a day before the concert. No Refunds.
