Online-Meetup Ereignisinformationen öV Schweiz (VDV 736 / GTFS-RT Service Alerts) als Open Data

Am Mittwoch, 25.01.2023, 16-17 Uhr führen wir ein Online-Meetup zum Thema Ereignisinformationen öV Schweiz durch.

Seit April 2022 werden die Ereignisinformationen öV Schweiz national ausgetauscht. Nebst der Schnittstelle SIRI SX / VDV 736 sollen die Ereignisdaten demnächst im Format GTFS bereitgestellt werden sowie in die Fahrplanauskunft des Open Journey Planner integriert werden.

Mit dem nationalen Ereignisinformationsaustausch wird die letzte Informationslücke für Reisende geschlossen. Das Thema ist noch sehr jung, hat aber bereits einen guten Reifegrad. Grossen Anteil am Erfolg haben unter anderem die beteiligten Partner und ihre Hersteller.

An diesem kurzen Termin stellen wir euch folgende Themen vor:

Der Link zum Meetup wird den Registrierten kurz vorher per Mail zugestellt. Das Meetup wird auf Deutsch stattfinden und aufgezeichnet.

Präsentiert wird das Thema durch Roger Kneubühl. Roger arbeitet seit rund 5 Jahren bei SKI und ist Product Owner für den nationalen Ereignisinformationsaustausch im öV Schweiz. Besonders spannend an diesem Thema findet er das Zusammenspiel mit Planungs- sowie Echtzeitdaten.

On Wednesday, 25/01/2023, 4-5pm we will host an online meetup on the topic Incident Information Public Transportation Switzerland.

Since April 2022, incident data in public transportation Switzerland is exchanged nationally. In addition to the SIRI SX / VDV 736 interface, the event data will soon be made available in GTFS format and integrated into the timetable information of the Open Journey Planner.

The national incident information exchange will close the last information gap for travelers. The topic is still very young, but already has a good degree of maturity. Among others, the partners involved and their manufacturers have a large share in the success.

The link to the Meetup will be sent to the registrants by mail shortly before the meetup. The Meetup will be held in German and it will be recorded.

The topic will be presented by Roger Kneubühl. Roger has been working for SKI for about 5 years and is Product Owner for the national event information exchange in public transport Switzerland. What he finds particularly exciting about this topic is the interaction with planning and real-time data.
