In order to process all the delegate information, print badges and generally get everything sorted for the conference, we have to close bookings a few days before the conference.

Taxes
All Prices Include VAT at 20% which, we do have to charge everyone regardless of their geographical location. An official tax invoice will be issued on purchase for you, if you are able to reclaim the VAT charged.
Event Registration
This year we are planning to register delegates using the QR code on your ticket. Please make sure you have your QR code ready to be scanned at registration.
Refunds
We appreciate you are buying a ticket with every intention to come, but know that plans can change. We don't offer refunds, but tickets are transferable and so you are welcome to sell on your ticket if you need to.
