The panel will be moderated by Daniel Glazer who leads the US Expansion practise at Silicon Valley-headquartered law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Notion's US law firm strategic partner.​ Dan splits his time between NYC and London, with a particular focus on assisting technology-driven UK companies with US expansion, fundraising and strategic partnership transactions.

Rachael King, VP People​ & Culture at MOVE Guides​ - ​​joined in ​November ​2014 when there were ​just ​2 employees in SF, 1 in NY, they rented desks in shared office space, ran payroll through a contractor and were not able to operate any healthcare benefits. MOVE Guides now employs 40 people in the US with their main office in SF, and many of their global leadership roles and a number of remote workers across the US.

Mark Yates​, VP Finance​ at Adbrain​​ - ​incorporated​ ​US subsidiary in February 2014​ and have hired ​17 employees in ​total in ​the US​ through using both local and international recruitment​ methods​.​ ​C​urrent US team of 11 spread out over ​SF, NY and Washington, with a mix of US nationals, and non-US nationals​ (including individuals sponsored from the UK​)​.

Brett Putter, Culture Geneticist​ and ​Managing Partner at Forsyth Group​ - ​has​ successfully completed CxO, VP and Director level searches for hundreds of start-up and high-growth companies​​ in the UK, US and across EMEA​, and interviewed more than 5,000 senior executives over the past 16 years​ to better understand how they defined, developed and implemented their company's culture.​​​

Elizabeth Jamae,​ US immigration lawyer​ and Partner​​ Jamae Law Group​ - leads the firm's Emerging Markets practice and counsels startup companies and multi-national corporations to pursue setting up offices in the US​ ​and securing US work visas for their tech talent.

Kajal Sanghrajka, Partner Growth Hub US - Kajal recently returned to Europe after 8 years in New York. From bootstrapping her first company in 2012 to more recently managing US growth for European companies she has hired and vetted over 20 US remote workers and employees and has her fair share of comedic horror stories as a naive Brit hiring in the US.
