NodeSchool Hobart II

NodeSchool is a full-day community event that brings people together to learn Node.js in a self-guided interactive format. Come join us on the 18th of October 2014 for the second NodeSchool Hobart.

The event will be run as follows:

  • 9:30am Welcome & setup
  • 10:30am LearnYouNode, an interactive adventure to learn the basics of Node.js
  • 12:30pm Lunch (provided)
  • 1:30pm Other interactive workshops (Streams, Buffers, Express.js) and hacking opportunities
  • 4:00pm Wrap-up

You'll need to bring your own laptop.

The best part of doing NodeSchool events in person is creating real-world connections. This is why pair-programming is strongly encouraged, and mentors will be available throughout to help you navigate through your Node adventure.
